This shoe stole the spotlight when it debuted in 2022 with various collaborations. A few months later, New Balance started releasing general release colourways in higher quantities. Borrowing some design elements from the 99X series, the New Balance 9060 boasts a distinct shape as a tribute to the Y2K era. The old-school mesh and pigskin suede construction is a signature composition of 99X silhouettes. However, this shoe executes it differently. The upper gives a futuristic vibe with its wavy panels. Chunky dual-stacked midsoles combine ABZORB and SBS cushioning setups for all-day comfort.

This colourway features a light blue mesh upper on the lateral panel and beige mesh tones on the medial section. Light olive pigskin suede overlays cover the upper. N logos on the lateral quarter panel come in grey to stick to the iconic New Balance “dad shoe” design ethos. Sail white tones complete the sculpted pod midsole.
